In-House Event

In order to pool their resources, 5 alternative health care practitioners hired Discover 33 Communications to plan and market an in-house event that would attract individuals to their different businesses within the same office building in Mount Propect, IL.

Marketing with direct mail via email to over 200 individuals, this event, which included a Panel Discussion, Question & Answer Period, Meet & Mingle Session and a Raffle Drawing, brought out over 40 people on a cold February evening.

Custom-designed bags held each of the client’s company information and giveaways in one tastefully designed and vibrant bag. A bank of attendees names was created from the raffle drawing which enabled the practitioners to add to their data bank of potential customers.
